the thickness of the mixer barrel is 8mm. Thicker than generally 6mm. So our weight of the whole machine is about 1.5 tons higher than generally. Our mixing liner is Manganese peroxide 13,so ours is wear-resistant and can be used for casting 200,000 pots in Maanshan, China. Compared with the Cast iron liner, which are extremely wear-resistant, 100,000 pots and short life.
The shaft end seals each of our large shafts with 8 seals at one end. Each large shaft is statically balanced, absolutely maintaining the concentricity of the large shafts. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and does not leak slurry. Compared with others who use a seal for each large shaft. There is no static balance, easy to leak, energy consumption, and loud noise!
We are equipped with automatic lubrication of the shaft end, a shaft end two-way lubrication system, and an automatic electric lubrication pump. Better than manual lubrication, one way to the lubricating oil, easy shaft end wear, large shaft wear, slip.
The pneumatic system is equipped with domestic high-quality air pipes, equipped with oil-water separators, and is not blocked. It is equipped with Taiwan Fusheng high-power air compressor and runs smoothly. Others maybe no oil water separator, no air compressor.
The motor uses domestic well-known brand Deshengxiang motor, national standard copper wire, high protection level, energy saving. We don’t use the local small factory five-star motor, aluminum wire, low protection level, low cost, especially easy to overload, lack of phase failure rate!
The screw conveyor we use hard links (universal joints). Easy to install, tightly sealed, cement will not seep and moisture. If use soft connections, use canvas bags to connect, rain, cement moisture, cement agglomeration.
