The drum-type asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of a cold aggregate supply device, a drying mixing drum, a combustion device, an asphalt supply device, a powder supply device, a dust removal device, a finished product conveyor, a finished product warehouse, and an electrical control device.
The production process of the drum continuous asphalt mixing plant: After the cold aggregate is measured and proportioned by the cold material supply device, it is sent to the drying mixing drum through the cold material conveyor for drying and heating. The measured asphalt and powder are sent to the dryer at the same time. In the second half of the mixing drum, the hot aggregate is mixed, and the finished materials are sent to the finished product bin via the elevator, and then put into the transport vehicle.
