New design of mobile mixing plant structure:

1. Main chassis: a cantilever-shaped mixing main chassis, which contains parking legs;

 Weighing scales for mixer, cement and water admixtures are placed on the chassis; patrolling walkways and railings are attached to the surrounding area.

2. Control room: the control room is at the bottom of the chassis of the main machine, and the automatic control system of the mixing station is built in. The control system and the fixed type

The mixing station is the same. The control room is used as the front support point of the whole station when it is in working state. The control room is stowed and stored in the empty space of the rack during transit and transportation; all the control lines need not be disassembled.

3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the whole station. The upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightened plate is provided to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic opening operation in turn, aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs when working.

4. Belt conveying rack: the rack is a truss structure connecting the main chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a built-in belt rack; the main frame, belt rack and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station

Peripheral components: for cement bins and screw conveyors, peripheral components are integral components regardless of work or transportation, and can be transported and disassembled as a whole without disassemble.

Work: No need to remove the equipment, it can work directly on the board truck, easy to move.

Installation: Save installation time and cost compared to fixed stations and traditional mobile stations.
