Operation process of concrete mixing plant:
Concrete mixing plant is a large-scale engineering machinery equipment, which is constructed by many mechanical equipment. Therefore, correct operation is very important for concrete batching plant. Every mechanical equipment must go through the two processes of startup and shutdown. Although these two operations are simple, they are related to the production and completion of the entire equipment, so we must follow the correct operation process.
Correct startup process of concrete mixing plant: choose to open the water valve switch to add water to the water pump, then open the storage bin door of the air compressor, then open the unloading belt, start the mixing host, feeding belt conveyor and batching machine, and then turn on the water supply switch.
Correct shutdown process of concrete mixing station: first turn off the batching machine, water supply switch, feeding switch (to ensure that there is no material stored on the hopper), then turn off the mixing host, unloading belt switch machine storage door and air compressor. Finally, clean the mixing drum and then turn off the switch of the water valve switch level and the total power supply.
