Precautions for concrete mixing plant operation
A.Before starting, make sure that the gear oil in the reducer oil tank is normal. It is recommended to use Mobil SHC 630 gear oil. Check whether the mechanical oil of the belt conveyor electric roller is normal. It is recommended to use 46# mechanical oil, and the electric oil pump uses Mobil EP3 grease oil
B.Before starting, calibrate various weighings to ensure the weighing accuracy.
C.Make sure that the main machine inspection port is closed, and no one is allowed under the belt and hopper.
D.When the mixing station is working, no one is allowed to touch the transmission device of the equipment, and the mixer cover and other protective facilities are not allowed to be opened.
E.When the mixer is working, it is strictly forbidden to stop in the middle. In case of emergency power outage, the unloading door should be opened manually immediately, and all the mixed materials in the mixing main machine should be unloaded and rinsed to prevent condensation.
F. Regularly check the reliability of electrical equipment such as switches, buttons, indicator lights, and regularly check the operation of the main machine and other equipment of the mixing station. If replacement or maintenance is required, the power must be turned off and a warning sign prohibiting closing the switch must be placed.
