UNIQUE GROUP vertical shaft planetary mixer is innovatively developed based on synchronized German technology.

2. Mix evenly without dead ends: The mixing blades revolve and rotate at the same time, covering the entire mixing barrel to ensure uniform mixing.

4. Easy to clean: Optional high-pressure cleaning device and spiral nozzle cover a large area and are easy to clean.

Stirring system
Standard stirring mode and differential speed stirring mode can stir various materials in a wider range.
The mixing arm adopts a streamlined design to reduce the stickiness of the mixing material and extend the service life of the mixer. A wear-resistant protective cover is designed for the mixing device. According to application practice statistics, this design can double the service life of the mixing arm.
The vertical shaft planetary mixer is designed with a reinforced scraper structure to eliminate mixing dead corners.
The mixer lining and blade materials are selected according to different user industries, including wear-resistant alloy inserts, stainless steel materials, ceramic materials, high-chromium alloys, surfacing materials, polyurethane materials, high-wear-resistant rubber and cast stone materials.
Stirring device
The mixing blade adopts a parallelogram design (patented product) and can be flipped 180° for repeated use, improving utilization.
Unloading system
The discharge door can be opened and closed hydraulically or pneumatically according to needs, and the number of discharge doors is 1-3 to choose from. A special sealing device is installed on the discharge door to ensure firm sealing, reliable control, avoid material leakage and strong environmental protection.
Waterway device
The waterway device adopts an upper-mounted design to solve the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline and avoid losses caused by customers when changing formulas. The nozzle adopts a spiral solid cone nozzle, which has a fine and uniform atomization effect and a large coverage area to ensure more even mixing of materials.
